EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAMME

Our Employability Programme is designed for individuals with a focus on
achieving and enhancing skills needed for the world of work, career development and realising personal ambitions. With support from our staff team, we will assess the client’s needs, consider their likes and interests, and work with the client to enhance their strengths, with a longer-term aim of equipping them with the skills needed to secure employment or voluntary work. During their time at LANE, they will work towards many things to help achieve employment. We will look at workplace matching to find placements best suited to their skills and interests. We will support with them pre-work preparation such as CV writing, and complete interview style enactments to fully prepare them for the future as best as possible.
